CogitaveLearn

Summary

You now know what agentic operations means at Cogitave, and how to tell a spec'd fleet from a live one.

In this module, you:

  • Explained the co-pilot estate thesis: agents draft, triage, reconcile, enrich, summarize, and propose across five business domains, plus the engineering estate under a sibling catalog - humans decide everywhere it counts.
  • Stated the draft-vs-act rule: an agent acts unattended within its grant while the rails hold, and escalates on an exception - a failed check, low confidence or novelty, drift, or an action in the must-human-gate boundary.
  • Named the real fleet: the five scheduled agents (pr-triage, dependency-review, issue-grooming, changelog-docs-sync, security-triage) and the six operations agents (content-marketing, seo-geo, community-support, revops-lead, finops-anomaly, status-comms) - what each proposes and who holds its human gate.
  • Learned the Day-0 honesty rule: every entry in both catalogs is a spec, not a running system, until it is registered, granted, and clears the eval gate.

Next steps

  • agentic-operations - re-read the standard at the source for the full brand-safety, PII, and ISO 42001 governance sections this module did not cover in depth.
  • agents/README.md and agents/operations/README.md - the two catalog overviews, kept current as the fleet grows.
  • Reliability and SRE - the next module in Operate the estate, on SLOs, error budgets, and the policy that freezes velocity when the budget is spent.
